I got caught.

Yes, it's Sunday, it's 4pm and I just got home from work. AGAIN. I don't like working on weekends, but... it happens. So, I got caught, but the net obviously survived my heft. LOL

I'm somehow working at home today, have to finish two more texts for our gay magazine till tommorow. Of course the deadline was 10 days ago ;-) But I'm a queen!

Working on weekends is truly tiring. : (

I only have one weekend free from work every month.
The other three weekends I have to work on Saturday or on Sunday. Sigh... Work is work.

Ok.... I'll keep quiet from now on. I only have to work three or maybe four weekends a year... Now I feel stupid. :)

You are not stupid at all.

You are a smart and sexy and handsome and sophisticated man. : )

Here I am at 9:14, about to look at some student enrollment data for the first week of the school year, and then send an email to my boss with some analysis of it - sigh!

Never mind - I should be done with it within an hour or so, and then I have the rest of the day to play... :-)

I just hate it when I have really full weeks and then of course I am not able to get any decent rest during the weekend. We also have our elections here and it can get exhausting.

Oh well...... let's hope for the better.

September is always busy for me - the school year has just begun, and everyone is scrambling to make sure all our planning has worked, and that there are no big surprises that we have to tackle.

You have elections too? Presidential or parliament? I walked by the parliament building in LJ, and took a pic of the doorway. On the other side of the street were some classically ugly communist era office blocks.

I'll have to read in The Economist magazine about your upcoming elections.

I hear you. September is also always busy here. Vacations and holidays are over and everything explodes in full bloom.

We're getting new parliament on 21st and then probably a few months of "fighting" to get a new gov't. Things are pretty intense here, because we're probably going to face a very tight result. So, the game is getting really dirty with some stories being pulled from underneath.

But, on the other hand, only two weeks left. :)

I wish I had weekends off. It's rare that it happens though.

Aw! Poor me. :-)

As I said in one of the above comments.... I guess I should be silent. :)
Sep. 7th, 2008 04:46 pm (UTC)
Nah, don't do that. :-)
Sep. 7th, 2008 04:54 pm (UTC)
Ok.... so I'll keep on babbling. :)
