A tiny part of history saved.

One of the colleagues was cleaning her cabinet and she also found something that made me smile. A totally unused, practically new (with warranty and accesories and all), intact ... Removable USB electronic hard disk, read USB key with whopping 16MB capacity. I am so keeping it. :)

I bet it was. And it still puzzles me my first Commodore 64 had, well, 64k of memory. And I was able to play some rather decent games on it. And I was even able to load Simon's basic on it and started with some programming. How times have changed. Yes, it is SIZE QUEEN time we live in. :)

I think it just might. I was really happy with the mint condition of the whole package. Might be a nice present, too. :)

I used to have a watch with a USB memory stick integrated. It was 64Mb IIRC and cost about £50. I now have a 16Gb stick on my keyring that cost less than £1/Gb...

What will you do with all of that room.

But seriously? That was probably $400 new. I remember when we got our first 1GB hard drive. It was close to $400. We couldn't possibly imagine how we'd fill it.

I have 500 GB now.
